Tube: Synthetic abrasive resistant rubber with high strength breaker plies coated with high-grade synthetic rubber to achieve maximum adhesion of the lining to the hose carcass.
Reinforcement: Multiple layers of high tensile reinforcing materials with outstanding resistance to fatigue. Fully embedded steel wire coils are incorporated to achieve kink, crush, and local load resistance.
Cover: Synthetic rubber, resistant to abrasion, weathering, seawater, and oil.
Temperature: -25°C ~ +80°C
Application: Dredge hose is for sediment absorption along with dredging ships. While it’s mainly for river and harbor, land reclamation and dredging to extend the distance of the water dredging, The hose is flexible and easy to install. Besides, it bears abrasion and kink thanks to the material and steel wire reinforce. The smooth interior of the hoses helps prevent clogs and avoids damage from the abrasives. OEM and ODM is acceptable.
