Performance & Applications: Ideal for protecting automotive wiring harnesses, hydraulic hoses, and pipelines in engine compartments and industrial settings from radiant heat sources like exhaust systems and glowing metals . Effective operating temperature ranges from approximately -40°C to 260°C , with short-term resistance to much higher temperatures.
Structural Advantage: The woven fiberglass base provides flexibility and durability . The aluminum coating not only offers excellent heat reflection but also provides good resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and cutting . It can be easily cut to custom lengths for specific application needs.
