Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer hoses engineered for heat, steam, ozone, and chemical resistance. Factory-direct wholesale from Kingdaflex, China.
High-flexibility EPDM air hose for pneumatic tools, compressors, and industrial air supply lines. Kink-resistant.
Flexible, kink-resistant garden hose with superior UV resistance. Remains pliable in cold weather, season after season.
Engineered for aggressive acids, alkalis, and polar chemical transfer. Superior resistance to corrosive media and leakage.
Helix-wire reinforced for vacuum resistance and kink prevention. Used in industrial fluid suction and discharge applications.
Long service life for water transfer in industrial, agricultural, and construction applications. Resists UV, cracking, and aging.
Available in inner diameters from 3/16″ up to 6″ and any cut length. Custom coiling and pre-cut batch orders are both available.
Choose single or double textile braid for flexibility, steel wire helix for vacuum/suction service, or multi-ply fabric for high-pressure applications.
Crimped or reusable fittings in stainless steel, brass, or polypropylene. Full range of thread standards and coupling styles.
Custom outer cover colors for system identification, plus optional logo printing or lettering directly on the hose surface for OEM and private-label orders.
EPDM offers broad resistance to polar media but is not suitable for petroleum-based fluids. Always confirm compatibility with actual concentration and temperature before ordering.
Not sure which material is right for your application? This comparison covers the key differences between EPDM and PVC hose across five performance dimensions.
| Property | EPDM Hose | PVC Hose |
|---|---|---|
| Temperature Range | √ −40°C to +150°C | −20°C to +60°C |
| UV / Ozone Resistance | √ Excellent | Moderate (with additives) |
| Flexibility in Cold | √ Excellent — stays pliable | Stiffens below 0°C |
| Steam & Hot Water | √ Ideal — low permeability | Not suitable above 60°C |
| Petroleum / Oil Resistance | Not recommended | Moderate resistance |
| Cost | Higher upfront cost | √ Lower cost |
| Typical Applications | Automotive cooling, steam, chemical transfer, outdoor | Garden, general water/air, light-duty chemical |
EPDM stands for Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer — a synthetic rubber whose non-polar backbone gives it superior resistance to ozone, UV, heat, and polar chemicals compared to natural rubber, SBR, or NBR compounds.
Standard EPDM hoses handle up to +150°C continuously. Steam-grade formulations can handle short-term exposure up to +180°C. Cold performance extends to −40°C without loss of flexibility — better than PVC or SBR alternatives.
Food-grade and drinking-water-compliant EPDM compounds are available. Please specify this requirement when requesting a quote so we can confirm the correct compound is used for your application.
Kingdaflex offers textile braid (single or double) for standard pressure and flexibility, steel wire helix for vacuum/suction service, and multi-ply or spiral construction for high-pressure chemical and industrial lines.
