Q: What is the difference between SAE 100R1AT and DIN EN853 1SN?
A: They are very similar standards. Generally, DIN EN853 1SN has a slightly thicker cover than SAE 100R1AT, but in terms of pressure rating and construction (single wire braid), they are often used interchangeably. Kingdaflex hoses meet both specifications.
Q: Can this hose be used for suction applications?
A: No, SAE 100R1AT is designed for pressure lines. For suction applications, please check our SAE 100R4 series.
