Key Features: This sleeve is primarily a High Silica (or High-Temperature) Fiberglass Braided Sleeve, often impregnated or coated for enhanced performance. It is not a standard silicone rubber-coated sleeve for lower temperature ranges. Its core characteristic is an extremely high continuous operating temperature of 400°C – 500°C and a breakdown voltage of 600V-800V.
Performance & Applications: Designed specifically for insulating conductors, bus bars, and component leads in high-temperature environments where both thermal and electrical protection are critical. It is flame-retardant and maintains flexibility at high temperatures.
Structural Advantage: The braided structure from high-silica glass fibers provides exceptional thermal stability and dielectric strength, making it suitable for protecting electrical assemblies in furnaces, high-temperature appliances, and specialized industrial equipment.
Temperature Range: 400°C – 500°C.
