Raw rubber, fillers, and additives are precisely formulated and mixed in-house to achieve required physical properties, chemical resistance, and performance consistency for different hose applications.
The mixed rubber compound is extruded into uniform inner or outer tube layers, ensuring accurate wall thickness, smooth surfaces, and consistent dimensional control throughout the hose length.
High-tensile textile or steel wire reinforcements are braided or spiraled onto the hose to provide the required pressure resistance, flexibility, and structural strength.
Reinforced hoses undergo controlled vulcanization to cure the rubber, permanently bonding layers together and enhancing temperature resistance, durability, and long-term mechanical stability.
Hoses are assembled with selected fittings or couplings according to customer specifications, followed by inspection to ensure proper alignment, sealing performance, and application compatibility.
Finished hoses are cut to specified lengths using precision equipment, ensuring clean ends, dimensional accuracy, and readiness for fitting assembly or direct shipment.
